I have been trying for almost 2 years to get broken glass on my young daughter’s bedroom door replaced. I spoke with Stephanie and customer service, but she does not do Canadian customer service and the person who does never calls back. I have spent over $ 100,000 on Loewen windows. Until I discovered how bad their service is, I always like loewen. Do not be fooled by the quality of the window. It is evitable that you will have a problem and when you do they could not care less about service

I just had 3 windows installed and they look amazing… definitely top quality workmanship. Angela, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The windows were delivered on the date they specified and they fit perfect.
