Fuzion Banquets is a «Boutique» banquet hall. Our menus span across multiple cuisines such as Italian, French, Continental, Oriental, West Indian and Indian. We have 40 service options, over 37 linen colors available, and much, much more.

This results in over 22,000 possible package combinations, to suit each and every guest. Whether we are hosting your wedding reception, Christmas party, birthday party, communion, baby shower or corporate meeting, Fuzion Banquets can make your event as unique as you.

At Fuzion Banquets, «We don’t share»… our staff, walls, parking or amenities. We are a ONE ROOM banquet hall, therefore we cater to only ONE event a day and ONE customer at a time.

Established in 2003.

Our team of experienced chefs is trained in Italian, French, Continental, West Indian, Oriental and Indian cuisine.

Our banquet staff is trained in Russian, American, and French services. Their experience and dedication to customer service is second to none.

The sales and management teams are focused on providing our customers with the best package of price and product. They take ownership of the entire event, from sales to delivery.
