Called the coolest web store ever, we offer costumes and accessories for adults and children. We carry ready-​made but specialize in the interesting and unusual working with artists to create one-​of-​a-​kind headpieces and garments from Pioneer to Cosplay. Our Costume Concierge Service means we speak with you in person via phone or email to understand what you need. If we don’t have it, we’ll tell you where you can find it. We deliver locally for free and accept PayPal online or Visa and Cash in person.

History

Established in 2010.

Owner Alison Pentland is costume and customer service crazy. She ran a shop for 3 years, but replaced the physical store with the Fee Fi Fo Fun Costume Concierge Service in Spring 2013 after she noted fans were approaching her on-​line, phone or at pop-​up events.

This allowed staff to put more creative energy into the people and genres they love. Alison does workshops with kids at schools and libraries. Kerri runs the booth at the Toronto Zombie Walk. Emma focuses on Animé, Cosplay and Lolita.

While you can use the on-​line store with PayPal, Alison loVes contact by email, phone or even social media. Queries are usually answered within hours and product delivered personally in the GTA in Alison’s SmartCar.
