Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Good experience with good service for a reasonable price. Only minus was that the car was not washed, but then again, I also could have picked another, clean one.

Easy check-​in and return! We had never been to Toronto before, so getting a car rental once our flight landed made me a little nervous. But there was no need: their rental booth was easy to find, staff was extremely helpful and courteous, and they got us on our way quickly. The vehicle was a nice ride, and the return was just as smooth. I highly recommend using Enterprise at the Toronto airport!!!

I originally rented a car from budget but cancelled my booking after Unilocal reviews and got a car through enterprise. I am so glad I did. After exiting terminal three and crossing the street into the parking lot, I immediately saw the enterprise sign. The car was ready for me when I got there. The attendant was professional, kind and clean cut. At drop-​off the process was just as quick. I actually dropped off at the wrong side of the parking lot but the attendant offered to bring the car to the right location for me and brought me back the receipt. Seriously– the customer service was pristine. It may be a bit more to rent through enterprise than some other locations at YYZ but my time is worth something too! I rather not run around town looking for my rental while the 401 piles up at rush hour. Proximity to the terminal is beyond convenient. Plus– I rather spend the extra 60 bucks and have peace of mind that I will be taken care of quickly and courteously. It’s a no brainer y’all.

Great customer service. I wish all car rental places could be like this. I explained to them I needed a car for 3 days, and they gave mea great rate within my budget.

Best rental car experience I ever had and there have been many. I booked a full size car and when they saw my family, the associate said he thinks I would be more comfortable in an SUV and handed me the keys to a Ford Flex at no additional cost. Enterprise has earned my loyalty. I will never rent from anyone else PERIOD! From arrival to drive off took about 6 minutes.

I’ve rented from Enterprise many times before and will continue to rent from them. Picked up my car at the Toronto airport, didn’t have to deal with a shuttle service, they’re right on site. I was offered a choice of cars, given the information I needed to get on the 401. The return process was just as easy. Pleasant people to deal with, reliable cars.

Very helpful customer service. Also when the vehicle needed air in the rear tire the Enterprise location in North Bay conveniently replaced my vehicle.
Upon returning the replaced vehicle to Toronto Pearson I was given a 10% discount at that location.
I was very pleased overall with my experience.

FANTASTIC customer service! I’ve been to multiple rental car locations — mostly Enterprise — and this location takes the cake for the best employees.
Even though we arrived at a busy time, we were off in our car, whisked away with a smile and a wave, by two employees — all within 15 minutes. The return process was just as easy.
I’m sure I’ll return to Toronto for business again, and I’ll never think twice on where to rent from!

Rented a car from them this past weekend (which was a long weekend in the US and Canada, and also had the NBA All-​Star Game in Toronto). Generally had a good experience.
This place hit almost all the check boxes that I want from an airport rental:
+ Very conveniently located by the airport terminals. No need to take a shuttle to/​from the terminal.
+ Drop-​off was smooth and only took a minute. No worrying about missing your flight because of returning the car.
+ No hidden fees. Actually, I was surprisingly charged less than I had expected. I had reserved my rental for around two and a half days, but because I picked up my car a bit late and returned it a bit early, and I only needed it for 2 days + 1 hour. They waived the price for the third day, and I go charged for only 2 days.
+ Line for picking up my car wasn’t bad. Only took about 10 minutes to get me in a car.
+ No time wasted in trying to up sell me anything. Just two quick questions asking if I wanted a GPS or insurance, and they took «no» as an answer without any hassle.
+ I was given a shiny and clean car, practically new.
The one downside, which is true for all Enterprise locations, is that I had to stand in a line at all to pick up the car. Avis and Hertz have free memberships that allow you to bypass the line entirely, and go straight to your car.

Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful. The most important of all; they are efficient and keep the waiting time from entering their office to driving off the lot at a minimum. Plus, their prices are low.

First time in Toronto for my birthday and was actually next door at Hertz trying to get a price quote for a rental. Hertz quoted me almost 200 Canadian dollars. We were skeptical and checked out Unilocal and found that they only had 2 stars (surprise surprise.), Enterprise however had 4. We got out of there (ran actually) and went next door. SO glad we did, Enterprise quoted us 95 – 8 Canadian dollars! What a difference and their service was amazing. Very professional and accommodating! Returning was easy as well, Ryan and Chanel were so sweet, professional, and quick! I have never received such amazing service from a rental car company. Thanks a ton guys! You guys made my birthday weekend THAT much better :)

One of the worse experiences with Enterprise I have ever had. The young blonde haired guy was basically rude and unprofessional to me. He tried to talk me into getting extra insurance that was already covered in my agreement with my company. In addition, he didn’t even walk the car with me to point out any evident dents or nicks. On top of everything else the car was dirty. I would not use this service again.

Great experience here. I only needed a car for 24 hours as I went to visit Niagara Falls. I arrived and and had a hard time finding the enterprise desk. The signage is really poor but it’s not really enterprise’s fault.
I went to the desk and the lady was really nice helping me at the desk. She processed all the paper work and I was handed off to a gentleman to take me to the car.
I asked for a full size car but they didn’t have any. They asked if I would like an SUV and let me pick out any one I saw. I got a really comfortable Chevy. It was really clean.
Returning the car was easy but still had a hard time finding the correct path back to the terminal. The airport really needs to work on their signage. Enterprise though, 5 star service.

As always, my whole experience with Enterprise was pleasant. They were out of the full-​size cars I’d reserved, so I was upgraded to an SUV for free. The two employees I interacted with were very friendly, and since I was a bumbling American trying to navigate around Toronto without the help of my smartphone, they took the time to give me a map and directions to help me get where I was headed.
On a side note, I’ve rented from Enterprise about ten times and no matter where I’m renting, their employees always seem to be in a great mood, like the company treats them well and promotes a laid-​back workplace attitude.

Rented a mini-​van at Pearson Airport in Toronto. No line at the counter. Needed a child’s car seat, and we were escorted into a back room to pick one out that fit properly. First vehicle offered had a small ding in the windshield, and they quickly brought out another van, not wanting the ding to extend while we were driving. Both vans were newish and spotless inside and out. Returning the van was equally quick and courteous.

I was up at the crack of dawn on a Saturday morning wandering aimlessly around the airport– I’m sure I was flagged by security– found the office and definitely had a WOW experience. Greeted as soon as I walked in and genuine interaction none of that «I’m gong to get the most out of this transaction crap».
Going through the options for add on’s the agent was upfront about what he would recommend and the others as he said were a waste of money. Like others have said, there is an option of debit or credit hold with the percentage much lower than the competition. On my way out to get the car I was offered a bottle of water for the ride– nice touch.
The selling point for me was the vehicle. A Jetta pulled up and thought for sure my Volt was just a short distance away. Although I paid for a basic package, I received a fully loaded car with heated seats a nice to have in the dead of winter.
On my way back I made sure to fill up my tank to avoid the fuelling cost, got to the station and spent a good 10 minutes trying to figure out how to open the gas tank. Manual and all, I couldn’t figure it out for the life of me! I guess that’s what you get when you’re only familiar with Toyota’s and Honda’s!
Dropped off the car and shamefully admitted I couldn’t figure out how to open the tank. Asked the agent to show me for my own sanity– let’s just say it took him several minutes to figure it out himself– slightly reassuring. In the end the guy charged me a quarter of the fee for gas understanding the predicament I was in. Top notch customer service! Despite the slightly higher fees at the airport I will definitely use this place in the future should I need a rental.

The telephone system that this place has is the most difficult to use, not very user friendly! It took me what seemed for ever to finaly get a live person on the phone! It was very fustrating.
On the plus side when I finaly got to the place the service was actually very good. They had my reservation, my information from past rentals. So I was on my way to get the car which was full of gas, clean, and right in front as if they were waiting for me.
I gave the car a quick check for damages and any other faulty parts; at the end of that the car was in good shape. All the staff was super friendly, greeting me as I walked in. Had everything ready for me when I arrived. I was there for the whole of 5 minutes then I was in the car and ready to go; this was the fastest car rental experience I had ever been through.
Dont try to call this place because the phone system is a piece of shit!!! However, the in person service is great! I recomend this place.
