Despite extremely nice and helpful front desk staff, I still have to give 2 stars. The hotel is very outdated and run down. Moldy smell, hallways and stairs look like it’s still 1942… There was a shuttle to the airport, but unfriendly and could care less driver– didn’t help with luggage, no interaction, not even a smile… He still expected a tip!!! Not to mention inside of the van was stained with broken seats. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, descent selection of food, but pastries were stale. The room was clean, very comfortable bed. Overall we got what we paid for. Will I return? No.

Decent hotel for the price you pay. It’s right next to the Toronto Pearson Airport and they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel is slightly run down but clean. I couldn’t locate the thermostat in the room and the room had a slight musty smell. They offer amenities such as free breakfast, wifi and a fitness facility. The fitness facility isn’t much, there’s a semi broken elliptical machine(the top part of the pedal is unhinged) and the stationary bike is really hard to use(bike feels like it’s set permanently on level 20). The only other equipment is the standing exercise machine, which I didn’t attempt to use. The real upside to the hotel were the ladies at the front desk. They were all very friendly and accommodating.
