CIBC Branch with ABM

Even though CIBC is not my primary bank, I still go into the occasional transit for paper work and renewal process, I normally dread doing so because I find CIBC a pain to deal with. This transit is brand new, shiny, modern, and empty. There’s hardly any traffic which is great for me.
I zoom in and out easily to get my paper work done. Now that wouldn’t normally make me afan but what clinched the deal was a particular Financial Service Rep who really fought hard for my rate with their HQ. He tried on 3 separate attempts to get HQ to approve the rate to keep me as a client. After a few days of status updates from him via the phone, I walked back into this branch to sign the papers. I was a happy client. Not all CIBC transits are like this but try this place out for loans or mortgages. They really try hard to earn your business.

I really like this CIBC location. There is plenty of parking, it’s large, bright, and kept clean. There are enough tellers too that the lines don’t generally get crazy. They even gave me a nifty cloth bag the last time I went in. All good!
