Regularly visit this place for either Ultimate or Deluxe car wash for my car and my wife’s. Good service. They do a good job with the exterior and interior cleaning. Spoke to their manager Manny a number of times. Great guy. If there is something about the service which I didn’t like, I’ll let Manny know and he will resolve it. They could do with a more knowledgeable receptionist but not a deal breaker as I am familiar with their services. Complimentary Starbucks coffee and wireless access. Loyalty program means the 10^th wash is free. Also print out the coupon from their website for discounts.

Bad experience and worse customer service. I’ve taken my cars to Car Pride before, thought they did a great job. Last week I made an online reservation for a $ 55 In & Out package for my wife’s car, to use a gift certificate I received last Christmas. The $ 55 service wasn’t on the online reservation menu so I asked for it specifically in the Comment section. When I dropped the car off the woman behind the counter gave me a form and asked me to circle the service I wanted. I told her I couldn’t read it (I didn’t have my glasses) and reiterated that I wanted the $ 55 In & Out service. She pointed at the form and said «this one», I circled it. My wife picked up the car and told me later that night that they charged her more than $ 280. The service the woman had pointed to on the form was a deluxe package, specifically NOT what I requested both in writing and in person. The owner refused to refund my $ 200+ overpayment, which I even offered to take in gift certificates so I could use them another time. He wouldn’t budge («but we did the work!») so I told him I’d have no choice but to cancel the credit card transaction. I won’t pay for something I didn’t ask for, no matter if they did the work, The owner had the gall to tell me that my «reputation in their shop» would suffer. Really. Unfortunately, when I called my credit card company they said that my wife’s entry of her PIN authorized the transaction (she didn’t know what package I had ordered) so there was nothing they would do. Had I picked up the car instead of her, no way would I have paid; I didn’t get what I asked for. Now, they had our money. I was taken advantage of, pure and simple. This was a bad experience, for which I paid 5x the intended price, made worse by an arrogant, rude and extraordinarily unhelpful owner. There are option in the neighbourhood for detailing. I’ll go elsewhere from now on and never again give business to Car Pride. Their approach to resolving this — their error — was a disgrace.

Got a car cleaning package few weeks ago — I was highly impressed with the quality of work and attention to details. Also was provided with pick and drop service to home while the car was being cleaned. Extremely helpful staff. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for thorough cleaning of your car inside out.

Was very unimpressed with the quality of cleaning. bought the ultimate package and the interior looked like someone grabbed a cloth and quickly wiped some spots down. Dashboard wasn’t wiped, seats weren’t vacuumed, mats were sprayed but not washed. once it dried, all the dirt showed. Will never come here to waste $ 60 again. what a disappointment. Outside was cleaned well but the interior was a disaster.

Utmost care and cleanliness for your car can be done at Car Pride. Got the deluxe clean and it was thoroughly done inside and out. Nice lounge to wait in with complimentary Starbucks coffee and tea.
