Headline: It’s a Banana Republic, but mostly for women.
I find the salespeople at this BR overly aggressive. You walk in and then they ask you a couple of times what you are looking for. Not a fan of that, but I understand, they have to get commission but overly aggressive salespeople make me want to shop somewhere else.
Also, I find this store is too dedicated towards women’s clothing (more than usual) and limited selection of guy’s clothing.
Verdict: Heartland BR is better.

This Banana Republic is kind of small compared to the other ones you might find in Toronto, however, I have noticed that you can’t beat this location for sales. They always seem to have some treasures on the sale racks, whereas other stores have been completely picked clean save for XXXL flesh toned sweaters with rhinestones.
Great service here also.
