History

Established in 2005.

apART studio was established by Agnes Piatek, who is an artist and a professional fine arts education, and her husband and an avid photographer Peter Gozdyra. In 2010 Agnes designed the ‘Art for Kids’ program and started offering it in Thornhill, Ontario. In 2011 they moved to the Lorne Park area in Mississauga and began offering ‘Art for Kids’ program in several local schools. In 2012 apART-​Studio started their summer art camps. Since May 2015 apART-​Studio offers evening classes in its new ‘iCreate Studio’.

Business Owner

Agnes Piatek is a university-​trained fine arts educator for kids with 20 years of professional experience.

Throughout her career Agnes has earned the reputation of a creative, enthusiastic and patient teacher, who is well liked by students, parents and other teachers. Her main quality though as a teacher is reflected in the way Agnes can inspire her students to create beautiful works of art, providing them at the same time with a wide range of skills to achieve these great results.
