Never book with this company. EXTREMELY RUDE! Was previously pleased with satisfactory service and then cancelled a car the night before but the driver showed up the following morning anyway. I called dispatch and was informed that the car had been cancelled. A week or so later I attempted to book a car and was put on hold multiple times and then very rudely informed that I ALWAYS book two cars and that they would never send me anymore cars. When I tried to clarify the situation, the same information was loudly and forcefully repeated to me and then I was hung up on. Avoid this company at all costs if booking in the GTA.

Just pre booked a taxi for my parents who are seniors and arriving at pearson. Spoke to Ejaz and he was great. Since they are seniors and need help with their luggage etc, I opted to go with the «Meet and Greet» option where Aeroport will track the flight and the driver will be waiting with a board with my parents name on it inside the terminal. I was a bit nervous since my parents are in their mid 70’s and not used to the weather and cannot handle the weight of their luggage etc but Ejaz made me feel completely at ease and said the driver would treat my parents like his parents and would take care of everything including the luggage etc. I really appreciate it and love this option since everything seems completely streamlined. I will update my review once my parents get here next week. Hopefully everything goes well. 5 stars for now.
Further to my review above, everything went FANTASTIC! Ejaz did a great job keeping me posted. The driver of the vehicle, Manmohan was polite, courteous and extremely professional and took great care of my parents. I will always be using Aeroport in future.

Booked for a round trip to/​from Pearson back in late Sep 2015 with four adults and one 1 y.o. toddler so we needed a car seat. We would have preferred a rear-​facing car seat but knew when we booked it would be forward facing as clearly stated on their site, so no issues with that. Going to airport was early in the morning, driver arrived exactly on time as I had requested, I think 415 or 430 am. He had to wait a few minutes for us but no complaints or extra charges, and the driver was very courteous and polite. Helped us with all our luggage and umbrella stroller. Car seat was a little loose but I tightened it and driver helped. Car seat looked to be in decent shape. Van was clean and driver got us there with no issues and the drive was smooth (obviously there was very little traffic). Little one slept the whole way.
Return trip was excellent as well. I called the service after we got off the plane in the afternoon as instructed, around rush hour and they said the driver would contact us. He called me twice, first time to find out the status and second time for an update (as we got held up with the little one). Very polite and courteous on the phone, not upset or angry at all. Was waiting for us at the curb and again helped us with everything and the car seat was secure and snug this time and van was clean also. He even explained why he had to call me so many times and was very nice about it. Ride home took longer during rush hour but again very smooth and no problems. He used gps and got us home with no detours. Driver was friendly, courteous and talkative up to a point, but knew when the conversation had ended.
Prices both ways were exactly as quoted on their site, having no surprises is nice.

Great service, our driver was on time and he was such a nice guy too. No complaints. Would book again in a heartbeat.

I would not recommend this service as at least one of their drivers has no integrity. On the morning of Dec 24, my grandson arrived at Pearson carrying a shuttle reservation to bring him to our home. He got confused and ended up in the ground transportation area outside the terminal. He showed his reservation, which clearly displayed the well-​known carrier’s logo and name in LARGE print at the top of the page, to this driver. The driver, instead of saying «Sorry, you’re in the wrong location» and redirecting my grandson to the proper counter, simply said «Get in, I’ll take you», obviously poaching the passenger. The charge was $ 22 higher than my original reservation and it was left to me to get a refund from the original carrier who I had dealt with for many years.

Booked a pickup and requested a van as we had more luggage than would fit in a regular car. Was quoted $ 60 in total. Great service, the driver was early. However at the airport he asked for $ 67. I told him it was not correct and he should check with the office, to which he replied he already did and it was in fact $ 67. I said to him I had an email confirmation with the price $ 60 and will not pay him more. I still tipped him $ 10 because he did help us load and unload, but leaves a bitter experience when they start asking for more. We were paying the extra fare for more luggage so there was no point in trying to get more. Greed I suppose?

Every time I’ve used this service, the car has arrived on time. That said, we were charged a little more than the originally agreed upon flat rate the last time we used the service.

I really liked the online booking process. The driver showed up right on time and loaded our waiting luggage into the van. We had requested a car seat and it was already installed in the car when the driver arrived. Driver was polite, good driver and kept a clean car. Will definitely use again the next time we need to go to the airport.

Online booking process was seamless. The driver showed up 5 minutes early and walked up to the house to get our luggage. He was polite and helpful, taxi van was very clean. Had a safe trip to Pearson where he unloaded our luggage onto the curb. The driver was polite and friendly, but concentrated on driving rather than trying to engage us in a conversation on the way to the airport, which we appreciated, given Toronto traffic. A truly professional driver. Receiving a text message as the taxi pulled up was a nice touch too.

Brutal driver, a very unhappy person. Seemed like he needed a hug. He scolded us for being 8 minutes late for a five AM ride. He told us his industry relies on being on time, I get that, but sometimes life holds you up. If you can’t wait, don’t show up 15 minutes early then complain about wasting time. He couldn’t let it go either, speeding through our neighbourhood, bottoming out the car over speed bumps, not stopping for stop signs, and going 35 km/​h over the speed limit the whole way, trying to save time. We felt unsafe in the car as we tailgated other drivers and were rushed to the airport in a very unpleasant and awkward unprofessional manner. Dude was so pissed at us. He threatened to charge us more for not being on time so I apologised for being a lousy customer and he didn’t say another word. Using the card machine on the highway was unsafe as well, he was rushing so hard we were asked to pay before getting to the airport. The rate was good but not at the expense of starting a holiday with a bad attitude and wreckless driving that could have been a bad scene. This is the last time using this cheap service, I would rather pay more for a professional and pleasant ride from an understanding and caring person. The reflection of this company created here makes me want to use alternate car services rather than the traditional taxi cab.

Took a minivan with bulky cargo from the airport. New-​looking, well cared for car; polite driver who would readily chit-​chat but didn’t force conversation. Slightly more expensive than a taxi but worth it.

I’ve tried using this service multiple times from Pearson airport lately (2015) and they have consistently left me hanging. Pre-​arranged limo rates are lower than walk-​ins, so I typically call as I approach the exit. Most times cars would not arrive when promised (I once even had to called back twice before a car arrived). Today was the last straw. They left me on hold for 5′-10′. I could hear it ring, then put me on hold again. 5′-10′ is too long when simply waiting for a limo home. I will be using alternative services in the future.

**UPDATE** I was very impressed with the customer service after writing this complaint. I was immediately contacted by someone from the company and an investigation was launched. I spoke with a manager and they apologized profusely for the error and offered me a $ 10 voucher. I am travelling again in August and will use their services for that trip to the airport. I had used them prior to my bad experience once or twice with no issue so I am willing to give them another try as everyone makes mistakes. I’ll let you know how things go then!
PAST REVIEW:
I booked online, then called to confirm my reservation later on. When I called I asked what time it was coming and they said 7am. I indicated that that was the time I had to BE at the airport and should make it earlier. I was advised that it would take about 45 mins to get to the airport from where I lived so I asked to move it up to 6:15am.
I went to bed, woke up and waited downstairs for the car at 6:10am. By 6:20am I was getting a little worried so I called to ask for an ETA. Well, the reservation was changed to 6:15PM!!! And now they don’t have any cars to take me. I’m scrambling to get to the airport on time — thank God I always give myself plenty of time to go through security.
I will NEVER use this company again.

This is to follow up on my original posting. About two weeks ago I received a call from Amir. He apologized for the inconvenience and poor customer service we received on our trip back from Pearson. As a gesture of goodwill and their sincerity, they wanted to send us a cheque for $ 20.
As of last week (May 15^th) we received a formal letter of apology from Aeroport along with a cheque. We have been advised the driver (Dodge minivan car #190) has been suspended and placed on 3 months probation.
We accept Aeroport’s apology. More to the point, we are glad to hear the action it has taken to address our concerns. We may consider using them again in future but only for business purposes.

I’m honestly a little surprised by some of the reviews here. During my first year of university, I had booked a taxi with another company that never showed up and after waiting awhile and calling the company, they told me the closest taxi was 30 minutes away which wasn’t really acceptable. So, I was a little nervous about using another company, but I tried it because at one point I had a really heavy bag that I didn’t want to travel on the TTC with.
They’ve never been late, have always been friendly and helpful with my (often very heavy) bags. I appreciate the flat rate and it’s cheaper than a few other companies (from my area, it’s $ 48, but some other places I’ve looked at were $ 55+). Overall, exactly what I was looking for.

These people made me late for my flight! Defeats the whole purpose! I booked in advance and the agent confirmed everything with me. All seemed well and I waited patiently. Nothing! Called them and they told me that it was booked the next day. WT?! I mentioned that I was now late. That complaint was ignored. I asked for the supervisor who gave me a different story– car broke down. Mmm okay
If you say so. I asked why they couldn’t call to let me know. Crickets! For an airport service, they were very apathetic about making me late and they couldn’t care less about trying to make things right. Odd.

My experience with these guys have been pretty positive. Mind you this was my first time using them and they already left me with a good impression so that’s something!
A normal cab ride for me to the airport is usually $ 100 after tips because I live in the burbs. Given that I was traveling on business and wanted to save the company money, I decided to look up airport shuttle services online for a fixed rate and this company was listed first on google. It got decent reviews on Unilocal so I’m like hey why not? What’s to lose?
I asked for them to pick me up at 8:30am initially for the next day and then later changed my mind to 8am. They were very accommodating. Day of, they arrived 5 mins early and rang my doorbell to let me know he arrived. He helped me load my luggage and offered a quiet and respectful ride the entire way. Traffic was good and I ended up only paying $ 58 flat rate. That’s cheaper than cabbing from dt!
Overall I would use them again and I do recommend them.

Usually use this company to get to the airport. The rates are reasonable, and the vehicles are clean. I seem to get a sedan about half the time, and a minivan the other half.
Out of all the times I’ve used them, they have only been late once.

We used Aeroport recently for travel to and from Pearson. We booked a van and the driver arrived to pick us up at the agreed upon time. This driver was very nice provided a clean vehicle and even had a newspaper for us to read. Completely satisfied with this driver.
A week later our trip from the airport back home was disappointing and dangerous. As the weather forecasts had predicted for days we arrived home during a snow storm, which should of come to no surprise to Aeroport. The driver arrived to pick us up completely out of washer fluid, instead of filling up with more fluid he decided to drive us home which is a 45 minute drive from the airport. Not once was an attempt made to find washer fluid but instead used the defrost to attempt to clear the windshield enough to have some visibility which didn’t really work, sitting in the passenger seat I saw what he saw which was next to nothing.
I don’t know who supplies spare fluids to the drivers (Aeroport or the drivers themselves) however Aeroport should take some responsibility to ensure their drivers are properly equipped for all weather conditions.
Would I use Aeroport again? Possibly. I would however consider alternatives as there are several companies who offer service to and from Pearson airport.

Courteous service, flat rates (so you know you won’t get ripped off) with zones that you can see, and always available at airport to pick you up.
Always get me home safely from Pearson and don’t have to bother with parking there. Only qualm is that it’s about 15−20% more expensive than regular cab, but I don’t mind since I’m usually not the one paying. :-)
