I haven’t had personal experience renting a unit here, but this was one of the locations accepting donations of clothing on behalf of the United Way for the Syrian refugees.
I have been here a coupla times recently to drop clothing off only because the other location, The Food Bank is ALWAYS closed whenever I do try to make my drop off there. Even after I’ve checked their website which states that they will be open when I swing by!
Anyway, I have dealt with the same person who works at Access Storage and he’s always very polite and helpful.
Units are secured before a keypad protected gate and units themselves are also securely locked as well.
