Our knowledgeable and experienced staff can assist with special and custom orders for everything from blinds and window treatments to doors and mouldings. Contractors can take advantage of our expert engineering consultation, take-off’s and estimates, materials lists and store accounts. We deliver too.

We have a 7-​acre lumber yard, agricultural barn, and 24,000 square feet of retail space, locally owned Fraser Valley Ace Hardware has become Mission’s destination of choice for homeowners, contractors and builders.

History

Established in 1992.

On February 1, 1992, we opened our store in its original location with 17 employees and 14,000 sq. ft. of retail space. In those days, cash registers were still manual, and contractor accounts were written up on file cards.

In 1995, we became a member of Ace Hardware, the largest buying co-​op in the world, and one of the most recognized names in home improvement. Through our partnership, we have been able to offer our customers quality products at competitive prices both in store and through access to a database of more than 88,000 products.

Over the next 20 years, our store expanded several times as we added a 7-​acre lumber yard, agricultural barn, a fleet of trucks and more retail space, and introduced new services and products. Our loyal staff, some of whom are still with us today, grew from 17 to 70.
