The Nail Spa

Can’t say enough about the great service I always get at The Nail Spa! My Gel nails and pedicures are always perfect and the staff really aim to please. I have had gel nails for many years and I have never had better results than I do with Britany.

Front desk staff was rude. Should have been my first clue when I booked the appointment. Too expensive for the type of service you receive. In a town full of nail salons, it is very easy to go elsewhere.

As a new resident I have been searching out local businesses for everything!
I went to the Nail Spa after reading a couple of reviews on other sites and reviewing the information on their own site.
I had my nails done here and was not impressed at all. The staff was very friendly but the staff member who was assigned to do my nails was not very good at her job. I had forgotten my glasses in the car so did not fully inspect the nails until I was on my way home.
3 of my nails were not cut properly, leaving the french manicure not as «perfect» as it could have been. 2 of those nails, the white tips were crooked and one had started to peel off before I even arrived at the house which is 7 min away. By the next morning, despite all of the extra care taken the other two had peeled away. I called the salon that morning and left them a message but they did not return the call. Oh well, lesson learned.
The technician «Brittany» who did the work said that she had been doing this job for a «few years»…hmmm…I think she needs more training. When one pays additional over and above the local going rate (which you do at this salon), you expect something special for it.
The positive of this salon — they seem to be very health conscious — the place was immaculate. The buffers are thrown out after use as are the emery boards.
I will be getting my nails done somewhere else this week.
