Phở 89 is a chain and the do PHO very well.
This is the better of the PHO places that can be found in Milton and Milton is in dire need of better restaurants. If this chain ever renovated the décor of all of their locations to less of a family cafeteria to a better dinning experience I know we would eat there more often.

While this is a chain, I wouldn’t call it a Vietnamese McDonalds like the previous reviewer. Fair prices, good service, and a welcome change to the depressing amount of average restaurants in Milton.
I’m shocked that it’s never really busy. Milton, you finally have affordable food that’s easily accessible and is not the usual stuff. Why would you continue to frequent all the crappy fast-​food chains?
