It was painfully difficult to get an appointment here. I’ve never met a receptionist who gave me such a difficult time for a booking. Seriously, she is not at all helpful or considerate. She needs to learn basic manners and work on her communication skills. Very disappointed to say the least — I’ve heard some wonderful things about the doctors working here, unfortunately, I will not be a patient here. I can only imagine the headaches I would have had to deal with if I were a patient here — this centre definitely needs a new receptionist — PRONTO.
