We offer age specific programs for Adults, Youth, and Children providing Self Defence courses, Tai Chi, Karate, Jiu Jutsu and Weapons training (Kobudo). All our programs are based on the underlying principle that every one should be able to protect themselves, and all our teaching is done in a safe and practical manor.

History

Established in 2007.

We are proud to serve the Milton Community since September of 2007, and having expanded our location in August of 2015 we look forward to helping even more people develop the skills and lifestyle that the martial arts offer.

Business Owner

Sensei Shawn Creighton started his martial arts training in 1996 under Renshi Jay. Sensei Creighton has been a Black Belt instructor since 2001.
