Established in 1999.

Hisnibbs Catering started out in 1999, as a personal Chef services. Later on evolved into a Successful Catering company.

Our company Has expanded over the years, and now do functions as far as the Muskokas.

Richard K.

Business Owner

Richard Knibbs (owner of Hisnibbs Catering) Has been in the hospitality business for over 30 years. Apprenticed under Martin Luthe at the Banff Springs Hotel, and worked in different restaurants with in the hotel for 6 years. Later on worked at Deerhurst Resort and The Old Mill. Catering experience, he worked at Jewel Catering and Presidental Gourmet Catering, before starting his business.
