I was here a few weeks’ ago and was very disappointed in the service and value of food. The woman who served me at first — who I believe to be the manager — was very rude to me when asked for an explanation of the food available (the menu is not terribly self-​explanatory nor is it in a good location to review from the ordering counter). She basically ignored me once I decided to take a moment to think about what I wanted & I stood there waiting for a long while before being offered an opportunity to give my order.
Following that, I was finally able to place my order with a new staff member (I believe she was new since she seemed to have little confidence in the menu and process for creating smoothies). I ordered a wrap, a raspberry lemonade and a dessert square. Total came to $ 22, which I believe to be steep for what was served.
The biggest rip off was the lemonade. I expected it to be simply poured into a cup but as it turns out, it was blended by the new staff member who in don’t believe knew what she was doing. As a result, the $ 7+ (!!) very bitter lemonade was poured into the large plastic cup but was 95% foam. There was so little juice in the cup. The blender was full of foam and a tonne of juice which I was not offered. The new staff member asked the manager if that was supposed to happen and she said — in a rushed and aggressive manner — Yes! I was left with a large plastic cup of very expensive and sour foam to drink out of a straw (which was impossible).
All of this said, the small wrap I had was really tasty even though it was $ 10.

The Live Music provided by Gary and Steve on Saturday was awesome, can’t wait for next Sat I will be there for sure.
