The two men who installed my dishwasher were prompt and friendly, and my dishwasher runs well. However, I was told that the rate was $ 89 an hour, and was charged $ 200 in an invoice sent via mail three weeks later (they had spent exactly an hour in my home). When I addressed the company owner about this issue, he said that the $ 200 is a flat rate that he charges for a dishwasher installation, and that all of his customers know that. Apparently however, his employees do not. He was unwilling to align the rate with what I had been told I would be charged. I feel that I have been given «the run around» and that I am not valued as a customer or referent.
