McDonalds Restaurant

I like to say there’s no such thing as ‘fast food’ in Meaford, and this place might be the reason.
Expect to wait fifteen minutes for anything. I know some Mcdonalds locations are slower than others, but I felt like these people were messing with me. Not only is it extremely slow, but they don’t even have the full Mcdonalds menu. What is their excuse?
No smoothies, no milkshakes… I’m not sure what else they don’t have because I’m never going back.
Mcdonalds has my favourite cheap take out coffee, I used to get it every morning at the queen and Spadina location. Now I have a free coffee sitting in my wallet and I dont want to use it here. It’s really really watery.
Lastly, the fly situation, the signal stall bathrooms (which I’ve only heard about) and the décor from ’91.
I tried to fill out a complaint on the Mcdonalds website, but I lost my receipt, and since never going back (see above) was unable to.

Ugh, incompetent staff. The drive-​thru at this McDonalds always takes FOREVER! We would usually hit this place up on the way back home from the cottage for a $ 1 ice coffee but never bother anymore… until today. My boyfriend made the mistake of ordering a Big Mac meal and it LITERALLY took 15 minutes. And I can tolerate the wait if the food is decent, but he said his burger was so dry with no sauce on it and his coke tasted like carbonated water (like they hadn’t refilled the coke syrup after it ran out). Like really, how hard is it to slap a fucking burger together and pour a decent cup of pop? Morons…
