Two Girls Making Events specialize in creating unique vendor shows as well as fundraisers in the Grey-​Bruce County. We encourage small business owners to come out to our events and get noticed. We encourage networking between events. Social media is one of our strongest sources of advertising, but we do not stop there. We love to give the shout out where it is deserved.

History

Established in 2013.

We have taken this event planning from just a few idle comments and thoughts of others, to a very established business. We really did not have a penny to our name, (well maybe we had $ 10.00) but that is definitely not enough to make a big business as it is today. We love the idea of shopping local, supporting the locals, and staying local. We live in the heart of Grey-​Highlands, and love to have most of our events in this location. We are now branching out to Simcoe county and Bruce county for a few shows. Always looking into new venues and new ideas for great event shows.

Two Girls Making Events is just that. Myself and oldest daughter has taken on the journey together in event planning. I find I do a lot of the face to face meeting people, as my daughter is extremely shy. I’m not from around Grey County, so I am learning so much as I go. Everything from who my neighbours are, to how old buildings are, and how they are constructed. I love being out meeting new people all the time. The crowds in each event is different as well. You never get the same crowd twice even though it is a very tight knit community.
