Wynn Yoga

I liked the class I took here but the gym staff seem unhappy and distracted. I had a Passport to Prana card, but they made a big fuss about how I wasn’t allowed to use their gym after or before the yoga class. Seems petty if you ask me.
I have to say my entire experience was overshadowed by the fact that someone from this gym walked off with my yoga mat, bag, and water bottle when I set it down in the changeroom.

Went here w/​my passport. It was definitely the best passport class so far & one of the better classes I’ve ever attended. I absolutely enjoyed it & fell in love w/​yoga all over again. 5 star for the class, 4 overall feeling.
Amenities: There are about 3 shower stalls in the ladies change room. All very clean. Lockers are available to store your belongings but remember to bring your lock. For the yoga area, there’s also storage right outside the classroom. Please leave your shoes outside. There is a fountain somewhere in the equipment filled area though I did not see it at first & went for the tap instead.
As noted by previous posters, it was originally a fitness club. There are lots of equipment. But I’m probably not going to join the gym as I do not enjoy intense cardio & it is a unisex gym. However, I would def. considering buying yoga card classes if they have it since it is close to where I live. The fees are quite good atm.
Yoga classes unlimited (per month): $ 59.99 (i have a feeling this will go up soon… it can’t be this good!)
10 classes: $ 150
20 classes: $ 250
I went to the Advanced Power Flow class & learned a lot from the instructor Joshua. Lots of core & strength work required in this class. It would be awesome for anyone interested in Ashtanga. Be ready to work & be surprised to accomplish things u thought u couldn’t do. You will forget about your fear of certain poses. Instructor Joshua was excellent & his concise & detailed instructions really helped. Once in a while u need a @$$ kicking class.
The class had approx 14 ppl (lots of mat space) and the instructor was able to help all of us w/​any adjustments. Lots of modifications, freedom. It’s amazing that even a few tweaks u learn a little something. The students were all regulars and familiar w/​each other which was nice to see. It was very laid back and small chit chats here and there. They recently changed the schedule and now the advanced classes are held later in the evening 7pm. By the time you finish it’s practically 9pm. IMHO, they should change it around a bit w/​the beginner 5:30pm classes as it’s not always easy attending the later classes. Sub-​par for strength training. Probably OK for Yoga.
The yoga studio is brand new. The gym is in a state of neglect and has been like this for a long time (see pictures; broken mirrors for months, water fountain broken for over a year, etc.,)
Traditional strength training equipment is being removed (e.g., no more incline press, no more glute press) and replaced with new-​age playground equipment (jungle gym, a hand cranking machine.)
Management has attempted to cut the hours to 10pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends and backed off after backlash from members. If you’re signing up now I’d negotiate an exit option from the contract in case the hours change.
Other than that it’s a cheap, no-​frills gym that’s not all that busy. The staff is friendly. There are no amenities beyond a basic shower and change room. Don’t pay more than 35 bucks a month.
