If there were a way to give zero stars, I would. Even one star out of five is way too generous. I am truly disappointed in this service, especially since I found out about this company by referral. We were told that completion of the project would be five weeks, while the actual completion time was five months. The owner is not reliable and gave us every excuse in the book to explain the delay. All excuses were without merit and untrue. Bottom line, going through a renovation is stressful enough and you don’t want to deal with excuse after excuse every day. You want to deal with someone who is trustworthy, reliable, reasonable, who will be on time and on budget … this guy is the exact opposite of that. Do yourself a favour and keep looking. No amount of cost savings in the world is worth dealing with this guy. It has been our biggest mistake to date.
