Tim Hortons

I will say when I went on a weekday afternoon to this Tim Horton’s location it wasn’t too bad. Got my drink and food quickly but the place was messy.
Staff: They took my order and got it for me quickly. The line moved quite quickly. I will say once the line dissipated they seemed to mostly be chatting.
Ambience: This location is small. It two me two tries to get the right parking lot. It isn’t jned with the Shoppers or the other lot with the Subway and Domino’s. The tables needed a good wipe, and given how there were down moments for the staff and that they were a small location it shouldn’t have been a tall order for cleanliness. The floors were dirty and I noticed the counter was in disarray as I got my drink. But being that it is close to the hospital and they have WiFi, it was a good place to wait for those waiting for people in the hospital.
Food: It’s Tim Horton’s so nothing out of the ordinary. The donuts tasted fresh so that was nice. They have a full kitchen so that’s great in terms of options.
Overall, a decent place to kill time if you’re near Markham-​Stouffville Hospital.

Service is atrocious most of the time, ut it is a training location and the staff are friendly even if slow.
Check your order, as they frequently miss bakery items (muffins, bagels).
They do have WIfi in this location and usually have a full stock of products (as they actually have a prep kitchen in the back)

Okay, this place has wifi now. However, service continues to be a hit and miss, hence why I will not upgrade it to 3 stars.
