Does anyone else think their coffee tastes strange here? At first i thought it was an off day… but since this is the only coffee establishment on my way to the 404 before work, i have no choice but to stop at this location. Each time i get the coffee from here it has a «lamb-y» after taste The only way i can describe the taste is like they boiled some lamb in water, and used that water to make their coffee. It doesn’t help that i drink my coffee black and nothing can mask the flavour. Maybe it’s just me…

It’s frustrating when you order something and it doesn’t turn out right. My co-worker and I decided to order a hot chocolate on this cold day, and for some reason the hot chocolate at this particular location was watery. I’ve drank plenty of Tim Hortons’ hot chocolate before and they obviously forgot to add the milk in their machine. What frustrates me is the fact they knew there was no milk in the machine and still gave it to me. As soon as I had one sip of it, i immediately returned it and asked for another cup. Of course, they questioned my drink and after a while they decided to change it. At least they changed it but it was still a frustrating process as there has been a couple of mix ups at this particular Tim Hortons in the past.

Same as everyone of them. They don’t understand English. I get the wrong order all the time. I have to repeat myself all the time.

This is the closest Tim Hortons to my house and I’ve had a lot of lovely memories(OK well they’re not all THAT lovely) of it. Of when, newly moved in the neighbourhood and relatively new to Canada, my mom and I went here to see what all the fuss about Timmys is all about. Of when my niece started to associate Timmys with my mom’s coffee(my mom drinks McCafe coffee now, btw). Of getting gift certificates to hand out as signs of appreciation to customers when I worked in the TD across the parking lot. And of studying for exams and finding it too loud, then going home. If it wasn’t for the nostalgia, I’d say this is a pretty mediocre Tim’s. It feels cramped(maybe because it’s so damn busy all the time) and the parking lot is a disaster as it has very few dedicated spots, with the majority of them being shared with T&T. Which pretty much means tons of crazy driving and parking. But the service is generally friendly and helpful, and there’s nothing I dislike too much about it. Run-of-the-mill Timmy’s, and I guess that’s fine by me. The noise levels can approach Chinese restaurant levels though at times(which I believe is one step below the roar of an incoming jet plane).

I am the only person that is on the computer in this Tim Hortons?! Just a little strange. since the other Timmie down the road almost everyone is using the Free WIFI. Tons of seating but no electric outlets in sight! Not my favourite Tim Hortons since it is sharing the same parking lot with T&T…

I come here almost once a week for th past 3 yrs. I meet friends here and grab my breakfast here at tims. I give it 3 stars because one time my friend found an insect leg in one of his soups. But they handled the situation. I will still come.

You get what you pay for — decent coffee and a donut/muffin. My favourite donut is by far the vanilla dip! Thank foodness for a fully dipped donut with chocoalte and multi-coloured sprinkles! My recent disappointments have included half with vanilla icing, and half with sprinkles(I guess hence the term– vanilla dip). Even after midnight, I was surprised at how diverse the selection of baked goods were! My new favourite drink @ Tims: Half French Vanilla/Half Coffee. Give it a try — so good :)
