I generally find staff in home depot very helpful and friendly. However, today proves wrong. I was at the paint aisle looking for help, I waited for almost 15 min before someone showed up, and when she did she barely noticed my existence and kept talking to her colleague. After I finally told her what I need 2 cans of paint, she pretty much threw down my paint cans after she was done shaking them. My husband asked for a few questions like where is the masks, she pointed and said there. We were looking for primer and she also did the same thing, pointed to the aisle and said its the last one. We ventured out to get the primer, couldn’t find what we wanted and clearly need more directions then«down this aisle and there. «we asked her again and she reluctantly walked down the aisle took the primer off the shelve and chucked it onto my husband’s arms and started to do her own thing again. We didn’t even had a chance to ask her what’s the difference between the primers before she hastily walks off. What poor service. The customer rep was Janice.

As a contractor I go to Home Depot, Lowes etc all the time. Today I was blown away by the excellent service at this location. The manager Peter is an awesome guy and you don’t come across such great people often in this industry. Keep up the excellent service guys. Even though this store is 20 mins from where I live I’ll be going here for everything moving forward.

Service has improved. Larger selection than the one at 16th and 48.

Home Depot is pretty much a neccessary evil, and I usually don’t really have any major issues with them until yesterday when I was trying to find a specific kind of paint. I was there on a quiet Tuesday afternoon, I asked someone in the paint section where I could find stainless steel paint(which happens to be $ 45 a quart). He hastily said it was in the next aisle, which I replied that I was just there and he rudely yelled«it’s labelled on the can!» as he walked away. WTF! I was the only customer in his area, it wasn’t like he was busy and certainly no way to treat any customer! I didn’t get his name as he pretty much ran away from me. He’s tall, has long hair, hippy-looking, looking like the late David Carradine. If you happen to see him please give him a hard time as he doesn’t seem to like his job and was a complete lazy *sshole! Better yet, be sure to mix up all the cans of paint on the shelves when he is on shift!
