Service here is great! It’s a family owned business, and it’s a new store so everything is very clean and tidy! And they have a lot of promotions because they’re a new store

We went there yesterday and ordered 2 green teas, it took more than 20 mins getting the drink ready which there were only a few customers. Furthermore, when we were waiting for the drink, we found the girl accidentally stuck her long hair into one of our drink twice before she try to put the drink into the cover machine. We told one of the staff the situation and ask for a new drink, he look at us unfriendly and eventually gave us a new drink unwillingly after we asked twice. With such services attitude, for sure we will not go there again.
Also, the drink the gave us are so sweet and no ice in the drink, none, so it is just like drinking a sweeten water. I would rather walk a little far to have a better choice.
