Came here to buy black toner for my printer. Usually when I come to this store, the staff are non existent or when they are, they are usually not helpful at all. Today I met Alan, who was very knowledgable about Printers and Toners, etc, and I made my purchase knowing a lot more about my very own printer than I did the past three years that I’ve had it. Thanks Alan!

If you need help with your selection avoid this store. Most of the staff is lazy and unhelpful. Last two times here had to ask 3 different people before they would actually lead me to what I was looking for

just came here to buy a frame for my filing cabinet at work. i walked into the store, and couldnt find any employees on the floor to help me. i went to the cashier and he finally showed me where they were. they had two on the shelf and the rest in the back. i waited about 10 mins for him to bring out one more.
i get back to my office now, and as i was putting them together, i find that one of the products was badly damaged and completely usuable. ive been on hold with the customer service for like 20 mins now.
this is so ridiculous!
