History

Established in 2007.

As a chemical engineer by profession and a marketing specialist by trade, if someone would have asked me 7 years ago about my career path and goals, I could never have guessed that my future and passion lay in the Home-​Staging industry. It started with selling our first home. It was the ugliest townhouse we could afford at that time. With a bit of paint, de-​cluttering and elbow grease we made it look nice. It sold at the first open house for a record price in that neighbourhood. Few years later we sold our second home, in the first day of showings, for way more that we thought we could get. Friends asked me to help sell theirs and somebody suggested that I can actually charge for this type of service. Had no idea that what I was doing was called home staging until one day, I stumbled across an ad for staging training offered by Canadian Staging Professionals. I got my certification in 2007.

Monica Stanciu is the Founder and Principal Decorator at Staged 2 Sell Solutions Inc., a company that specializes in Home Staging and Interior decorating. After a successful career in chemical engineering and marketing, Monica left the corporate world and started her own staging business Staged 2 Sell Solutions Inc. in 2007. Since then, her company helped selling over $ 400 million worth of real estate.

Monica Stanciu is a Master™ of Real Estate Staging and a CSPI Approved Mentor. Her dedication to the CSPI mentoring program brought her the CSPI 2012 Mentor of the Year Award.

Monica is also the recipient, of one of the most coveted awards in the staging industry, for 2 years in a row:

2013 & 2012 RESA Professional Stager of the Year — Canada Award.

One of her staging projects made the 2013 RESA Top 10 Occupied Staging in North America List.
