We wanted to wash some comforters. These babies need to be washed in commercial sized washers. We could either take them to a dry cleaner and pay a lot, or we could spend a morning washing them ourselves at a coin laundry. I am cheap, and I used coin laundries when I attended college, so I have no fear in venturing into one decades later. Squeeky Clean is nice. In the morning of my visit, it was clean. It smelled clean. The floor had been swept. All the machines seemed to be in working order. The machines came with instructions, so they were easy to use. There were coins in the change machine. The lighting was bright. This place is definitely looked after on a regular basis. There are washers of various capacities: regular($ 2.75/wash), super size/large($ 3/wash) and super huge/commercial sized($ 5.75/wash). I appreciate that there is a picture above the«super huge» washers to clarify that they are good for comforters, sleeping bags, drapes, sport equipment, etc. I followed the instructions to load, add detergent and pay. The washer was fast and powerful. My comforters were washed in approximately 30 minutes. The dryers are all of large capacity. At the time of writing this review, it costs $ 0.25÷6 minutes. This seems cheap if you can dry the laundry at high temperature. You would have washed and dried your laundry in an hour. My comforters must be dried at low temperature, so it required 3 dry cycles, at the super cheap price of $ 0.75. I am happy with my experience with Squeezy Clean Coin Laundry. I have no hesitation returning to wash other large items, such as blankets and drapes.
