I went here a couple of months ago before this Unilocal page was created and was quite disappointed with the experience. I went with one other person and was in the Egyptian room (don’t remember if that’s what it’s called). A lot of the items were poor quality and were already broken including one with a lock/​clue. We were stuck for quite a bit nearing the end because as it turns out, the staff didn’t reset the room properly so there was no way we could have figured it out. The staff member apologised however there wasn’t even a manager on site to discuss the situation. We didn’t think we should have to pay full price for a shoddy experience.
Side note: The bathrooms are disgusting. When we arrived that afternoon we were the only customers so I’m not sure how the bathroom looked like a post party scene. Toilet paper and water all over the floor and the entire room smelled like urine. I’m not even sure if the doors even lock properly.
Definitely pass on this. I only offer a 2-​star rating because I can tell the staff member really tried. Unfortunately he was there on his own and obviously had zero support from management.
