I have called this location multiple times to ask about potential classes, and have been at other locations while they have called to see if items have been in stock for me. The staff at this location rarely answers the phone, regardless of it being a customer or another location. In store service is good, but if you need to call, try a different location first.

I have been to this particular location so many times and I find the experiences very mixed depending on the day. As a VIB I am there quite often to check out the new merchandise and see what’s going on. Overall, staff are pretty friendly and offer you help. I had one negative experience there, but management rectified it quickly. The problem with this location is that they seem to run out of the points rewards fairly quickly. So if you aren’t shopping right at the beginning of the month you won’t be able to redeem your points. Also, they are very stingy with their samples. Just today after having spent a couple of hundred was not offered any samples and when I inquired was told that they had none to give out. That seems to be the constant theme.

I had better service at other locations. Waiting for assistance while she was helping another person is fine. She saw me waiting and walked away and didn’t come back or said one moment. It wasn’t even busy by the way. She goes off to chat with another staff member. Another staff member show lacked customer skills, when asking for a product she just pointed to the shelf instead of bring it down for me to look at nor explain the product. I guess they don’t care about the VIB customers during VIB event. They have no excuse to say big crowd given that where were less than 15 people in the store and most where lining up at the counter. Other locations I’ve been too, Yorkdale, Fairview, Eatons, New York even when the store was full they offered good customer service If you run out of VIB gifts put a sign out or let them known when scanning in the VIB invite… instead of customer asking for it if you forgot to include it Won’t be coming back to this location.
