History

Established in 1979.

Before opening the first Select Sandwich restaurant in 1979, Brian Kahn worked in many renowned restaurants and hotels around the world. The idea of creating a fresh, healthy and affordable menu traveled with him until he decided to take a chance at making his dream come true.

The first Select Sandwich restaurant in downtown Toronto was quickly successful, and Brian developed his business idea and made it evolve into a full sandwich catering chain with many locations in the province. To be able to serve delicious sandwiches, wraps and salads to more and more customers, Brian will keep opening new franchise locations in the future.
