Very rude and unprofessional staff and owner. They were pushing me to buy a very pricy wedding dress that did not fit my body type. Will not recommend it to my friends.

Went here to check out their video and photos. The service is very good and everyone is very friendly/​professional. I would highly recommend this place for dress rental, purchase, make up and photography/​videography for wedding. I ended up booking them for my wedding day photos/​video for my upcoming July 2014 wedding. They did an amazing job with my engagement ceremony video and photos so far! :)

I love my photos. The video was acceptable, but not great. My problem with PPB is that its been a year now and after months and months of chasing them, I have yet to receive the photo album/​book I ordered. To top it off, I was supposed to receive a Blue Ray of my wedding video which I am still waiting for. I have a copy of the dvd which would be ok, if it weren’t for the fact that my name is spelt incorrectly on the Title/​Table of Contents screen. This is something that is pretty easy to fix but since they ignored me for months, I am now stuck with a wedding video that has my name spelt incorrectly on it. Keep in mind that the name «Anne» is really not that hard to spell in the first place.
Overall, the experience was ok, but its important to note that the customer service should not end the moment the day is over.
