Ordered a small supreme pizza and lasagna, with some fries, ribs, honey garlic chicken wings and some drinks. Overall the order was obviously heavy in portions and quite filling to say the least — but nonetheless everything was cooked to perfection and they never forgot a single thing on our tall order so that was impressive as I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other take-out deliveries forgetting at least one item on my order before =c Thankfully this Pizza Nova did not disappoint.

I am a fan of Pizza Nova pizza but this location always has poor service and the pizza is not made well. I was just in last week(it is closest to my work) and I got a slice that was a shade away from burned, tried to eat it but it tasted badly. Asked for a non-burned slice after a coupe of bites and was flat out told that is the way the pizza is made. Finally the manager or owner came from the back and said I could have a refund. I will never go to this location again.

Pizza Nova is my favourite pizza chain. This location is no exception. Yes, it’s on the pricey side, but there are lots of unique toppings to choose from, and you can really taste the difference in quality. The dough has a great texture, the pizza sauce really tastes like tomatoes, and the cheese isn’t plasticky. And what other pizza chain offers sauteed spinach, grilled chicken and hot soppressata as toppings? They recently have downgraded the sizes of the pizzas, but that can’t be helped. The quality of the ingredients and pizzas is still consistent as ever though. The store itself isn’t anything special. There’s the trademark green interior, and the omnipresent wall stacked high with cans of tomato sauce. There are several tables and chairs around, and a row of higher chairs by the windows. The staff here at this location are really friendly. Despite this being mainly a place for pick up, they do make the effort to recognize faces and remember names. It’s a nice touch.
