J&S Cleaners

This review is long overdue!
We were in Toronto (From California) for a wedding and desperately needed to get our outfits steamed for the festivities that weekend. Our mistake — we waited until the day of for one of the outfits since we had to scramble for a car. We called every single cleaners in the area and only J&S cleaners were helpful.
Upon walking in, we were greeted by a cheerful woman who was happy to see me after I called. She was so pleasant to speak with, was completely understanding of our situation and promised she would do her best to have our stuff ready but would call us in case they were running late. She still gave me her word that it would be done by the time we had to arrive at our event. For the day — of outfits, she said it was okay to wait around for about and hour and come back. She was right.
She took my number and said she will call me for the next day’s event which I believe was a Sunday. She called me the next morning (long distance call to my number) and left me a voice message hoping everything went okay and that our outfits were ready.
When I went in to pick my stuff up, she and her husband were as cheerful as ever.
Our outfits looked perfect for the night, their service was impeccable and location was convenient. Highly recommend and would return there in a heartbeat if I am ever in the area.

Quality service at a nice location! The staff here are super friendly and treat you like they genuinely appreciate your business. I was impressed with the inside of the shop — by far the cleanest, most organized dry cleaner shop I have ever been in. Had a comforter and a fuzzy throw cleaned here, and both came out beautifully and in a reasonable timeline. They even insisted on carrying my items to my car for me! Will definitely return.

Had my clothes dry cleaned here. Service was friendly and my clothes came out clean with protective cover/​hanger. Very convenient, plenty of parking, and close to home. Will return next time!

The lady who works there is super nice! I brought few of my sweaters for dry cleaning, and one of the sweater has more than 10 loose thread, and she fix it all for me one by one, which really amazed me how professional they are! Even though they are slightly pricier than other dry cleaners in GTA area, but I am definitely willing to pay for the five star services!

Looking for a place to take care of your dry cleaning can be such a nightmare in Markham, but these guys actually take good care of you and whatever that needs their expertise. Although pricing was a bit high I realize this cannot be avoided in such an area of the GTA.

My experience here was a very pleasant one. I dropped off two suits (around $ 1000 each FWIW) for dry cleaning on a Friday afternoon around 5PM after getting confirmation that they would be ready for pickup at Monday before 6PM. I showed up on Monday (today) and picked up my suits. The dry cleaning was essentially impeccable and the sleeves were packed with tissue paper. The pants were pressed very well. There was no hint of hesitation when I asked to inspect the suits, which I wanted to do as this was my first time here. Everything looked spot on; no wrinkles, weird seams, «shines», etc. They even returned the nice hangers I brought the suits in on!
Very friendly people. English isn’t their first language but it doesn’t matter. Reasonable prices, great workmanship, and great service from what I can see.

Excellent dry clean depot. They are located at Bridal Post Plaza at the North East corner of Kennedy & Carton Road and I find the husband & wife team (with experience over 15 years in business) to be more friendly & professional than many other depots I have personally used before. I now bring many of my higner-​end shirts, coats, dresses&top that require higher degree of knowledge & expertise fabric content here for their hand pressing service. Lots of onground parkings available on the spot.
Garments are returned on quality hangers and wrapped in a good grade of plastic. I can feel that they really care of your clothes! ^^
