Fab Your Life

When you beat your body up, you need a good massage. It has been difficult trying to find a decent RMT since moving back to Markham. I posted on the talk thread for some recommendations for some but none were in Markham. I found a few businesses and contacted them regarding their price list, as none of them post them on their website. (WHY???) Another place emailed back to ask me to call them, and Fab Your Life got back to me with the list of prices so I decided to give it a try.
Fab Your Life located in the business complex on the northwest corner of Warden and 14^th Ave. It a little intimidating when you turn into the lot, roundabouts and everything, but it’s quite easy, first right at the roundabout and all the way to the end.
When I arrived, I was greeted by their friendly staff. There’s a reception desk right by the door and two treatment rooms. The rest of the space is a training studio with weight training equipment and a power cage.
They have two registered massage therapists and upon a few visits, I have had the pleasure of being treated by both of them. Their techniques are different, so it really depends on what your needs are. Gen is great especially if you’ve had an injury. Chantelle is fantastic if you haven’t had a massage in a while and your muscles are all sore and tired. Overall, you can’t go wrong with either one of them.
Trying to get an appointment may be difficult though because they don’t have a dedicated person to handle their incoming calls. I’ve called them many times, it all goes to voicemail, or someone answers but is with a client at that time and cannot check the schedule to see if there are any time slots available. The best would be to email them. Fabian would get back to you within a few hours to half a day.
While I really enjoyed their staff and their services, their appointment booking processes are too challenging.
