Buyer Beware!
I had heard some favourable reviews from family friends and called in to make my appointment in November — I was quoted approximately $ 670~ over the phone. Granted the hours are not exactly convenient, I decided it was worth visiting for the fair price quoted. Other competitors are charging slightly more for the same thing.
Long story short, this salesperson (smaller, younger man with dark hair) tried to refuse to honour the quotation, instead trying to charge me a whopping $ 834! Well above what competitors are charging. Not to mention the BMW/​Mini Cooper dealership was quoting me $ 850. Why wouldn’t I go to BMW and get a hassle-​free appointment as well as a ride to work and back?
I ended up getting the quoted price but not without the salesperson ruining the experience completely. He was really rude, indirectly accusing me of lying — asking which dealer and letting me know he would call them — go ahead and call them and possibly learn what great customer service is about. I was extremely transparent in this chicanery and rude behaviour.
I don’t know if it’s because seasonal businesses are reeling or because i’m a lady and this is the sort of old-​school, sexist organization that thinks all women know nothing about cars and should be ripped off.
John, because of your lousy salesperson I am never coming back. Hello to Canadian Tire, Costco and car dealers everywhere — I’m your new best customer.

I called them the day of to book an appointment for a flat tire. They easily accommodated my time and were very organized and courteous. I did end up waiting for a while once I got there: I got there for 11 in which they took my keys right away, but I didn’t see my car go to the back of the shop until around 11:30 in which it took about 30 – 40 minutes to patch the tire and put it back on the car. I didn’t mind the wait since I brought some work to do and they did recommend a nice sit down place to eat while I waited. Overall very pleased with the service and am glad that it’s around the corner from me!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! I took my car into get brand new tires and the service was incredible! Not only did they have my car completely ready to go within 20 minutes of arriving but I think they gave me a full alignment as well as balancing on the wheels and now my car drives better than when I bought it brand new. These same all season tires were $ 300 more in previous quotes I got from 3 different places and that didn’t include balance and install. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the best customer service and price offered in this entire city. Believe me, I’ve checked them all. Consumers Tire all the way! Thanks John.

I’ve dealt with these guys for my last three cars and they’re awesome! Whether you need new tires (usually always in stock, unless a special order), need a quick fix and in a jam they’ll squeeze you no problem or just need to find a good/​fair price, on brand name tires, this is the place to come visit! For tire switching (seasonal to winter or the opposite, appt.‘s are preferred) as well as complete replacements and if you’re in a reasonable distance from the place they’ll drop you off or pick you up at no extras! The place is clean and organized in appearance plus the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable with what ever question you throw at them. So if you need tires or a repair for one give this place a call, you won’t regret it and it’ll be more than worth your time to drop by and see what you’ve been missing, great service with a smile!
