I dyed my hair with them & it turned out so bad. She bleached it and damaged my hair so badly. My hair started breaking off & she told me that it is damaged because she doesn’t know what chemical the salon that did my hair previously used, but she could’ve told me that before doing my hair…
Like how would I know? You are the hair dresser, not me.
& after doing my hair and realizing it was badly damaged she just left it wet and said «done», I’m pretty sure hair dressers would actually try to solve the problem, give me some advice, or at least dry it?
I take care of hair really well, and when this happened, I was devastated.

This place does not practice good hygiene. I was here the other day for manicure and pedicure. The technician did not disinfect or sanitize the tools when they started working on my nails. I had to ask them to do so! There were 2 customers before my turn and none of the tools were properly cleaned between them. Aside from the hygiene issue, they didn’t do a very good job in painting the nails. The girl who did my nails did not paint the sides/​edges, leaving obvious unpainted area on nails. I had to ask her to paint them properly. The promotion of both mani and pedi for $ 35 was a great price, but I can do a even better job by myself at home.
