My boyfriend took his c300 in to get a S-​Class package and it was quick and clean, there was a little bit of rust spots left and they said 50 $ more and they can clear that no problem, inside and outside was spotless. James, who’s probably the owner did a wonderful job and was very friendly. The employees there were all helpful and polite. Will definitely come back for more work. Highly recommend this place!!!

Have been car insanity’s client for more than 1 year, their employees are very friendly and professional. Today I have to have car washed but only could send the car in after 6pm, they close at 7pm for the day and car wash takes more than one hour. After learning that I had to be in a rush, they decided to stay late for washing car for me, their excellent customer service deserves 5 stars, thum-​up and good tips.

Took my car in after 3 weeks in my mechanics shop and winter season. Now my baby is clean and fresh inside and out special thanks again to the crew for taking care of my car.

I’ve taken two cars here so far and I have been satisfied with the service — not perfect but the price and proximity to my house makes it worthwhile. First car was an Audi and was relatively clean — just needed a wipe down and vacuuming of the carpets. I chose the $ 38 super quick cleaning (15 mins) and I was pretty satisfied — there were two spots I felt could have been done better: the back corner of a side skirt and the drivers side floor. They vacuumed the carpet there but a quick wipe would have cleaned the dirt form the plastic and made it look better. But 15 mins? It was acceptable. However when I went to pay, I was told the $ 38 cleaning was for VIP only — this is coming from the person that suggested that I get it. I was a bit perplexed but she said she would honour the price anyways.
The second vehicle was a very dirty car that I use as my dog hauling vehicle — a Hyundai: lots of sand and fur everywhere, embedded into cloth upholstery. This I chose the one hour cleaning ($ 68) but was assessed an extra $ 20 because it was extra dirty. I was ok with that. I also asked them to hurry it up a bit. Two guys, and about 45 – 50 minutes and there was only two complaints: the rear door handles had sand in them still, and I wish they switched to lint free clothes to wipe down the annoying textured surface of the Hyundai. I see a bit of lint. BUT about 99% of the dog fur was removed and the carpets were clean. I was pretty happy with the result for the short time span (I did ask them to rush it a bit so I won’t fault them for that). I also probably could have inspected it but I didn’t on either occasion. Under the trunk cargo liner wasn’t vacuumed and there is a bit of dirt in tough to get places such as the gas door lever, but given the time, the price, and the amount of dog fur and sand removed, I am happy with it.
I would definitely go back. I just wish there is more clarity about the pricing structure. There’s no mention about any way to get a «VIP» status or anything. Weird. Otherwise the minimum option would be the $ 68/​1hr option, and heaven forbid that I would let my Audi get that dirty…

Did a internal cleaning from this store. They had great service, both technicians and the representer, will go back again next time. highly recommended!~
