I’ve been going to this bootcamp for about a year. At first, I didn’t like it too much since the exercises seemed impossible and too advanced for me. But the encouragement and guidance I received from the trainers were motivating and gave me that extra push I needed to stick to my goals and challenge myself. This place is full of people(from trainers to fellow bootcampers) who will influence and inspire you to be stronger and healthier.

The support and motivation I received from Ray Montaniel Ray Ortiz and Sarah Mariano and other Bye bye body fat members, in addition to the amazing workouts, was exactly what I needed to get back on track and stay focused. Incredibly positive community atmosphere. I honestly don’t think I’d be where I am today had I not found Bye bye body fat Bootcamp. These past 6 weeks have been intense, from two exercise to tri sets to the killer finishers, has all been worth the aches and pains. Ray and his team helped me reach my goals and stay motivated and accountable. This is the BEST place to get RESULTS whether it’s for personal or competition. To reach your goal, whether it be losing weight or increasing your fitness level, it takes a combination of diet and exercise. There is no «magic pill» that will get you there; you have to find a program that motivates you, challenges you and most importantly, something that you enjoy. I found all of these things when I joined Bye bye body fat Bootcamp. The coaches push me when I need the encouragement, high five me when I reach my next goal, and all within a fun, supportive environment that welcomes everybody of all fitness levels. It’s the closest thing to «magic» you’re going to find.
