I truly believe living a good quality life is an art in itself; a choice we can all make and adhere to. People who live holistically choose healthy food, keep their mind and body active, and practice forms of stress relief such as creating art or yoga. Taking good care of ourselves is something we can all do to love and respect ourselves.

Art has always been a part of my life. I am very grateful to my parents who sent me to lessons in piano, music composition, ballet and fine art and kept me motivated throughout the years. After completion of dual RCM ACRT diplomas in Piano Performance and Pedagogy and over 20 years of teaching, I find the process of sharing knowledge an amazing experience, something I truly enjoy doing.

ARTlicious is a special place I created to bring you finer and enjoyable things in life; and to offer the learning opportunities that encourage expression, creativity and socialization. I invite you to come by and share my love for art.
