Hands down A-​Look Optical is the best eyewear store in Pacific Mall. I actually stumbled on them by chance. I used to go to one of their competitors a few doors away — that is until their optician almost totally ruined the glasses I bought from them by bending and twisting the arms on my Prada frame as if he was a pretzel maker.
Desperate to save my glasses, I popped into A-​Look to see if they could help after hearing from the excellent experience my sisters had at the shop. Alfred saw right away what was wrong and said he would do his best to fix the problem though he couldn’t promise anything because the damage was pretty bad. Thankfully he was able to fix things and my glasses have felt amazing ever since.
From the moment you enter the store to the aftercare service, A-​Look pays attention to the details. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they take the time to listen and help you find what you’re looking for. The selection is also great — lots of fashionable frames to choose from. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the market for new specs.
