One of the most magnificent Timmys out there: no
exaggeration here.
Relatively newer to the Vancouver ones, as you can’t build it this size.
When you walk in, the unique aspect is the communal table on the right side, in its own corner.
As usual, the fireplace spot is coveted for those higj school dates I imagine :)
Plus this one offers catering, takeout menu available, savvy.

While me and my mom were in a rush to get to an important appointment in the morning we wanted to stop at Timmy’s for a quick breakfast. Seeing how long the line was for the drive thru we took a chance anyway. We were amazed when we got to the speaker and realized it had taken less than 5 minutes! We are very impressed and the girls were super friendly
