This is my favorite place to go for Indian food. I am a big fan of the Chicken Korma, with rice and Naan bread, and samosas. The portions are healthy and the food is great quality. You can ask for how spicy you want it to be. I think it’s the owner that’s always there and he is very friendly and attentive. I often order the food to go, and for a dish of chicken korma, a dish of rice, and a couple helpings of naan, I pay about $ 20. There is definitely enough food for 2, or for 2.5 meals for me because of leftovers. The restaurant is tucked away in the parking lot between a dollar giant and value village. Inside is a bit dark, but the décor and atmosphere seems authentic. The food is definitely worth trying.

ABSOLUTELYSOINCREDIBLYDELICIOUS!!! My husband and I eat Indian regularly, and we’ve eaten at many different Indian restaurants all over the lower mainland, as well as when we travel. This is hands down, the BEST Indian food we’ve EVER had. The food here is so delicious and rich tasting, it’s almost ADDICTIVE. Our favorite dishes — butter chicken, Mali Kofta and Eggplant Bartha. Regular Nann or Garlic Nann bread is so soft and rich, it almost melts in your mouth. The spices used are simple, but make the food SOGOOD. Their vegetable samosa is also VERY delicious. MUSTTRY! What we have never been able to understand is that this restaurant is usually dead or not very busy. We think it’s because it’s not as easily visible on Lougheed Hwy and that management probably doesn’t advertise. Don’t let that fool you! Come here for dinner, or do take out. If you order over $ 30, ask for the 10% discount for take out only. You WON“T be disappointed with this place — trust me! Tip: If you’re ordering the eggplant, ask for low sodium/salt. For some reason, they tend to put a little more salt in this dish(not the others) and it’s not as delicious. If you like it saltier, adding your own to taste is better.
