A super nice guy named Randy makes car keys for these guys and he is FANTASTIC !!!
If you’ve lost your car key, save yourself time and money — call him asap.
We lost the only ignition key to my Mazda 2008 hatchback today, on day two of our summer road trip across Canada. These were the first guys I called and Randy gave me a flat rate over the phone for a new transponder key (Unheard Of In This Business — I know bc I used to run a locksmith business in the States!) After one more call to what turned out to be a scammy locksmith outfit, I called Randy back and he was on site in under an hour. He quickly cut and programmed two new keys for my Mazda, charging exactly what he quoted on the phone for the first key and a minimal price for the second key. He also gave us the metal key blank he used to cut the keys for free, so we have lots of back up now :) yay !
In the locksmith world, there are so many techs who either don’t know what they’re doing or completely overcharge you if they do. It’s rare to come across a tech like Randy — if you need new car keys made, call him! What a gem. We feel so Lucky and are happy to be right back on the Road!
