Maple Ridge – Pitt Meadows News

Terrible customer service in stopping delivery. Phoned a couple months ago and it never stopped, then I emailed very angry and they told me I should have phoned (hah!).
Their couriers are stealing «no newspaper» sign right off our door and trashing them, then leaving a newspaper — they told me I shouldn’t make assumptions, except they’re delivering me a newspaper I never asked for so it’s interesting who is making the first assumption.
I had also asked MR Times to stop delivery and they said No problem, if a newspaper shows up, tell us and we’ll pick it up… have not seen a newspaper from them since. Asked MR «The News» to stop delivery and asked them to pick up the unwanted newspapers, and they acted like it wasn’t their problem and told me to deal with it myself, but at this point it’s a matter of principle.
MR Times never shows up at my house any longer, only The News, so even though they claim to have spoken to the couriers and their parents, funny it’s still only their newspaper showing up. Spoke with «Mara», very rude and has no idea how to deal with an angry customer.
