I was blown away by the service I got here when I dropped in to renew my car insurance.
The broker (David, I think?) asked me if I’d had a learner’s permit for a while, which I had, and he got me a huge discount on my insurance by calling Victoria to check if I qualified for my 10 year safe driver discount, which I did. No one had ever bothered to ask before, and I had no idea my Learner time counted towards my insurance, so I never brought it up. Very pleased with my experience here.
And I got a free pen, too!
