Enjoy Palace Restaurant

Great little Asian American style restaurant. Very economical, great fried rice recipes, pork fried rice, chicken fried rice are my favorite, very tastefully decorated, and in a convenient walk by location on Dewdney trunk, the owners are always very friendly and accommodating, good breakfast selections, very clean, nice atmosphere, good place to bring the family and for great take out!

The nasty review that was left before me is unfortunate. To a degree, you get what you pay for. This IS a small whole in the wall Chinese restaurant that has GREAT FOOD. Its really fresh, the veggies are crispy and the old school Chinese couple that run the place are doing a pretty good job. I eat here often. Actually, I stand corrected, I order here often. You just can’t beat **LESS THAN $ 5.00** for a fresh huge helping of 3 items lunch AND DINNER are the same price. Honestly, maple ridge is full of Chinese restaurants and i wouldn’t order from anywhere else. Its unbelievably good for the price and heck, crap happens, so don’t miss out because one person had a bad experience.

Unclean and no food safe.
I went in and ordered lunch. It looked like your typical small Chinese restaurant, family owned. There was a business couple at the other table.
A drunk street person with long beard came in and ordered an omelet. He got his food first and began to eat. He then began to vomit. The owner held a garbage bucket to his face as he continued to vomit.
The kitchen rang and he put down the bucket and got food and delivered it to the business couple, then delivered my food without washing his hands. He went back to the drunk and again held the bucket for him asking if he wanted his food to go.
The business couple were commenting on how he didn’t even washed his hands before serving them and they got up and left. I followed.
The owner put down the bucket and ran after me outside ordering me to come back and pay for my food. I refused and he kept yelling at me.
These people clearly have no clue how to serve the public.
I will never return nor should you.
