I can’t say enough great things about the staff and service at Maple Ridge Westwood Cycle — especially Jason. Always greeted with a smile and hearty «hello», customers are given great respect and attention to detail. Have purchased two bikes there in the last 14 months and enjoyed every visit and follow up maintenance visit. It is refreshing to get a store experience that is so enjoyably consistent — from the mechanics in the back (unsung heros!) to the front desk crew — willing to help, service with a smile, and always making time for customers (no matter how many times we visit in one day!) Will continue to take my family’s bike needs here exclusively. Thank you staff of the Maple Ridge store — you make our rides AWESOME!
